Shipping

Shipping rates (both international and domestic) range between $7 – $40, depending on your location. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via Canada Post. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that exact delivery times may vary based on postal service conditions. Estimated timelines will be shared at checkout for your convenience.

Kindly ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to take responsibility for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been dispatched.

Local Pickup

If you’re located in Bramton, you’re warmly welcome to select Local Pickup at checkout it’s completely free of charge. Pickup is available every Monday between 12 PM and 8 PM.

If this time isn’t suitable, please feel free to reach out I’ll be more than happy to arrange an alternative pickup time that works for you.

Return Policy

I completely understand that sometimes a piece may not be exactly what you expected. If you’d like to request a refund, please do so within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

I also gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the same conditions. Once your item is safely returned and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

As each custom piece is handcrafted and personalized, custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. I truly appreciate your understanding.

Each custom order is thoughtfully made with care and love. Processing times typically range from 2–4 weeks, depending on the design and quantity. You can visit our Custom Orders page to submit a request. I’ll be in touch within 48 hours to discuss details and provide a personalized quote.
